Clean out your closets and bring in old sneakers and other footwear that you no longer use. Wearable sneakers will be redistributed to other parts of the world. Nearly 300 million adults and children around the world go barefoot. In the US, we throw away 300 million pair of sneakers each year. They take 30 years to decompose in landfills. GotSneakers will give us up to $1 per pair. Recycle, Reuse, Raise Money! Send your sneakers and footwear into school by Friday, June 7. Sponsored by StB/OLH Parents' Association.
Dine at the Westbury Chili's Restaurant on Tuesday, February 12, and 15% of your check will be donated to our school. You must present the attached flyer when you order. The offer is good all day, from 11 am until 11 pm.
